Please use the ONLINE BOOKING FORM for all booking requests.  Once submitted a copy will be sent to you and to the booking officer.

The booking officer will confirm your booking dependent on availability and advise payment details.  Your booking is finalised once payment has been received. Staying before payment received is only permitted with prior autorisation by booking officer. It is encouraged to put extra money on your account to cover fees if you are wanting to stay at short notice.

The door code will be advised by the booking officer prior to your booking, usually on a Thursday night. Upon arrival at the lodge check the bunk allocations sheet for your allocated bed. This can be found either on the wall by the kitchen or on the fax machine.

Please check the arrival and departure dates carefully when making the bookings to avoid any confusion and errors.
