What should I do first?
When you log in, you will be taken to your “My Family” page. Even if you are a “Single Member” you will still see the same page.
So far only one person from each family has been given editing rights for family details. If you are not the editor and you would like to be – you can either get the editor to upgrade you (on your user details page), or contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Check your family details are correct. Fields that you are able to edit are marked with a red asterisk *. Click on the field and edit the detail.
Now go through each of your family members and check that their details are correct.
- If they want to have the ability to log in, they must have an email address
- Please ensure each member has a date of birth added. For 2013 membership applications this will be a requirement
