For all membership payments and bookings you are assigned a Payment Reference that you MUST use when depositing the funds into our bank account. This is very important for us to keep track of payments.
If you make several bookings and you would like to pay for them all in one transaction you can use the “ADD PAYMENT” link on your “My Family” page.
Enter the amount you wish to pay. You can then select the outstanding payments you wish to associate with this new payment – this way our administrators will know which outstanding payments to credit when they receive your payment in our bank account.
Even if you have no outstanding payments, you can use this same method if you would like to pay the club some money in advance to be used for future bookings.
