Went down for weekend of 23/24 Sept 05. Both days were windy. Saturday saw massive queues as upper lifts were on hold. West ridge and far west open later so that helped. Sunday was windy so upper mt opened late, around 10am. the far west and knoll T never opened. As mt was on hold many must have gone home as the queues were short(for a weekend). We had a great weekend. Fantastic snow.

Grant, Jamie and myself Stayed Nat Park Friday 19th and at Top Lodge from 20th to 28th August. The Mid-Winter Xmas Party was a blast on the Saturday night and we only experianced a day and a half of bad weather, however this gave us time to watch all three Lord of the Rings movies courtesy of Mike. Thanks Nat for your fantastic cooking and company - hope to see you up at the Top Lodge in the future!

What an amazing three days; great weather, good snow, & awesome riding with friends (skiers & boarders). Hope all went well up at the mtn lodge for the Xmas party, so we'll wait for the "stories" to emerge. Nice to see Ron Brodie skiing with the "younger" crowd, & was Dave Simpson being given a warning by Trail Safety crew (West Ridge), or was it something else...?

skied and mountain hosted on Saturday 13 Aug. Snow was the best I have skied for a very long time, you could go anywhere, that is what we live for...
Sunday was rain/snow so you could not see a thing, shame as the snow conditions were the same as Saturday

Christine Kim and Sarah and Mike went down Friday night(5/8/6). Skied the West Ridge on Saturday. Sunday was wet so we only did a half day on Rock garden and Happy Valley. Good snow cover. Skied top to bottom. Waterfall a bit thin but Rock Garden is great. Didn't do any night skiing this time.

Grant, me (Dion) and our flatmate Kathryn spent two days at the mountain, 06/07 August. Saturday was FANTASTIC but we could do with some more snow (135cm). Sunday was the complete opposite of Saturday however the bad weather kept everyone away and that meant no waiting at the lifts! Good to see the club almost fully booked.

Did a day trip to Turoa, got 2 runs & a couple of transitional runs. Hmmm, gotta love mist & rain! Must pack Sony PSP for next trip; Snowplanet's kinda looking good for the next few days, i think...
