Dear Downhill Ski Club Member
The committee would very much like your assistance during the above weekend. After a few years of magnificent effort tackling some big projects, there are a few smaller projects that need doing in order to keep both of your lodges warm, dry and comfortable.
Remember that for every day that you help, in addition to the satisfaction that comes from doing your bit, you gain a nights credit to your accommodation account, as well as having a couple of nights free accommodation and free meals during the working bee weekend.
The following is the list of projects that will suit all abilities and weather conditions;
| National Park | Mountain |
| Change batteries in smoke detectors | Check fire alarm |
| Install doorstop on front door | Spot paint rust on roof |
| Re-clad northern gable end | Sweep chimney |
| Fix window hinge - room 9 | Replace axe handle |

| Install tower bolts on bedroom doors | Fill gaps under eves on south side with foam |

Ross Sutherland has very kindly donated a load or two of firewood, so if you can help him transport it down or please ring him on 0274 728 332.
Also, please ring Ross if you can help supply any materials.
In order to cater for the right amount of people, book a bed and get the door combination, please ring Marie Holmgard on 09 838 9683 after hours.
The committee looks forward to seeing you there on the 29 & 30th of May.
